Get to know more about us

In the main, our interventions will revolve around HIV and AIDS services ensuring that children, adolescents, youth, and families infected and affected by HIV receive a continuum of treatment, care, and support services. HIV and health services will include enhancing access to ART, Viral Load (VL) suppression, EID, Growth monitoring, HIV Prevention, PMTCT, Adherence support, Disclosure support, WASH, Support groups, IMBC, PSS, Mental health. We will strategically respond to changing trends in HIV management and response therefore we will develop services around cancer, BP, diabetes, frailty and aging, Mental health, and pill burden for the next five years going into the future.

Child protection and safeguarding remains at the core of the organization hence services which guarantee protection of children from all forms of abuse, expand their access to basic services, and attain education among other rights are a priority. Poverty remains endemic in Zimbabwe and it renders households susceptible to a host of vulnerabilities. This is worsened by climate induced shocks due to climate change. This demand of us to focus on household economic strengthening initiatives including; embracing smart technologies, decent work for young people, work readiness programmes, cash transfers and ISAL, micro enterprise developments, small livestock production, small grains production, community-based innovation hubs, and fostering public private partnerships.

Disability and gender inclusion interventions will be more encompassing including ensuring the LGBT and sex workers also receive comprehensive services. Drugs and substance use and mental health has become a prominent menace hence the need for a situation study, develop a drug and substance use risk reduction model, and pilot it targeting children, adolescents, youth, and their families. Pilot early warning systems in school and community-based settings. Advocacy and research will underpin our evidence-based programming thrust.
