Abe as he is affectionately known among his staffers and clients alike, is am astute businessman, with a career spanning more than three decades in International Trade, building businesses and steering them to gteatness.

He currently manages the largest Debt Management Company in South Africa that he built from scratch, introducing groundbreaking products that revolutionized the debt management industry in the country. Credit Rescue has a national footprint in excess of 85 offices countrywide and a very successful franchise system that is so empowering and is on high demand.

Abe is a soft spoken man who is so passionate about humanity as he is deeply involved in the upliftment of the community without discrimination. He is an honest and principled leader who have nurtured and mentored many people who went on to ne highly successful in their careers. His cordial relations with human resources have seen a very low staff turnover in his businesses. Corserv is yet another testimony of his innovation and initiative to reach greater heights business wise which he always achieves given his expereience and track record.

Saadique Haroun
Vice President

Saadique is the Vice President of Corporate Services (Corserv). He has been in the call centre industry for 15 years where he has successfully led the growth of a single company to have presence in all the provinces of South Africa.

During his tenure at one of the fastest growing contact centres in South Africa, he successfully created and implemented an internal career path. This, as a Leadership Development Manager, allowed him and his team to build sustainable learning and development within the business, re-examining leadership and talent practices to create the most truly human work environment, fuelling the businesses differentiation in the market and ability to improve the way the world works and lives.

With his vast experience in the BPO industry, and senior roles in the call centre industry and customer care services, he is sure to build an exceptional standard of international best practice in your partnership with us. He is a strong advocate for diversity and equality with genuine care and leading with humanity at the forefront. Tariq Davids
Global Operational Manager (New Business and Call Center Operations)

At the forefront of operational leadership, as a business partner, and carving a path toward Global Operational Manager, you will find Tariq Davids. A friendly, high performing visionary, and deeply analytical leader whose passion for driving business performance and growth through operational discipline, creativity and team effort is palpable from the moment you meet him. Tariq has successfully steered a career track, leading to his current role of Global Operational Manager (New Business and Call Center Operations).

Tariq's journey had begun in the BPO industry back in 2005 with Merchants Dimension Data and has been in the industry since. He has grown from strength to strength within the industry and has been a part of the operational team within various business process outsourcing entities .e.g Capita SA, Teleperformance SA and WNS.

As a leader, Tariq is an influential communicator, speaking the language of both the best analytical mind and the most creative strategist. He has shaped a credible leadership presence and is credited with playing an instrumental role in the BPO evolution to its now prominent standing as an innovative leader within the BPO industry.

Ashraf Dollie
Managing Director

Ashraf is the Managing Director for Corserv with an excellent track record of successfully managing multiple facets of business processes, including operational efficiency, business optimization, client satisfaction, budget planning, revenue improvement, Omni-channel communication, employee wellness and administration.

Ashraf's journey started in 2007 and has traversed an array of industries including Telco, utilities, E-Commerce, medical recruitment and international B2B & B2C sales. During his tenure he was operationally responsible for the transition of over 15 Fortune 500 companies call center operations, from their international destination to Cape Town. He played a pivotal role is their initial success, sustainability and growth.

Shafiq Ahmed Dalvie
Marketing Manager

Shafiq Dalvie is a Registered Property Broker, operating successful Estate Agency for 20 years specializingin Residential and Commercial Property. He is on record as being an astute businessman with an impeccable eye for growth and expansion.

Shafiq entered into the financial business with Credit Rescue and managed the KwaZulu Natal (KZN) Region for 4 years resulting in it emercging as the top performing region in the whole of South Africa. That success saw him being promoted to the National Franchise Manager where he drove the expansion of the franchise base to 85 branches in 3 years.

Shafiq was tasked with the setting up of a Credit Management B2B business, the Corporate Debt Recovery (CDR) in which to date he has secured business worth R40 million in less than a year.
He is a committed leader dedicated to his work and his work ethic have seen successes following him.

Yashmin Fredericks
Marketing Director

Yashmin Fredericks is the Corserv (Nat) Marketing Manager responsible for leading the company's Marketing division which includes brand awareness, public relations and lead generation. Enhancing, protecting and maintaining the integrity of the Brand whilst ensuring all compliance with the POPI Act (Protection of Private Information Act) is a key component of her postion. She has a strong background in marketing and organization, proven to be an asset and adds value to Corserv.

Before assuming her current position Yashmin as Marketing Manager of Corserv, she acted as the National Franchise Manager for Credit Rescue for more than 6 yrs. Her added functions included training and development. Among her responsibilities was the setting up of new franchise businesses countrywide. This included the subsequent training, maintenance and support of such micro offices nationally. The Marketing brief at Credit Rescue included the overseeing of all planning, implementation and monitoring of marketing strategies of the company's products throughout South Africa and the neighbouring states as part of our development into Africa.
